Privacy Policy

1. General

Elenord is an electricity price mobile application developed by Tofix OÜ. This privacy policy explains what data the app collects and how it is used.

2. Data we collect

The app collects minimal data:

• Settings (selected language, country, notification preferences) — stored only on your device, never sent to a server.

• Usage statistics (Firebase Analytics) — anonymous data, e.g. which screens are used, session duration, device type and language. Contains no personal information.

• Crash reports (Sentry) — if the app crashes, an automatic technical report is sent containing device model, OS version and app version. Contains no personal information.

3. What we do NOT collect

• Your name, email or contact details

• Location data

• Payment information

• Personally identifiable information

• Data from third parties

4. Third-party services

The app uses the following third-party services:

• Elering / NordPool API — electricity price data (public data)

• ENTSO-E API — energy generation data (public data)

• Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) — anonymous usage statistics

• Sentry — crash reporting

These services have their own privacy policies.

5. Data retention

Settings are stored only on your device. Analytics and crash report data is retained by the respective services (Firebase up to 14 months, Sentry up to 90 days).

6. Children’s privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated. Material changes will be communicated via an app update.
