1. General Terms

The Elenord mobile application (the "App") is owned by Tofix OÜ (reg. no. 16812207, Estonia). By using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

2. Intellectual Property

The App’s source code, design, logo and content are owned by Tofix OÜ and protected by copyright law. The following are prohibited:

• Copying, modifying or creating derivative works from the App’s source code

• Reusing the App or its parts in other applications

• Distributing the App without written permission

• Reverse engineering the App

Tofix OÜ reserves the right to seek compensation for infringement under applicable law.

3. Data Accuracy

Electricity price data is sourced from Elering and NordPool public APIs. Tofix OÜ is not liable for inaccuracies, delays or interruptions in data. The App should not be used as the sole basis for financial decisions.

4. Service Availability

Tofix OÜ does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the App. The service may be modified, suspended or discontinued without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tofix OÜ is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including differences in electricity costs.

6. Changes

Tofix OÜ may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in Harju County Court.
